Then I crossed the sea to Osaka \u2014 a city I fell in love with instantly. Clean, kind, full of light.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/zhang.bei.jia.431408\/posts\/pfbid03HmtyoPyx3xYFdWnqZ2iLT8w5YWaRRUqq8hHn4bGJzT8va85P16nWuTpvtXe356Nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today I run a small guesthouse company here. I do the check-ins, I do the cleaning, and yes, I built all the systems behind it myself \u2014 the website, the booking engine, the cleaning schedule, the auto-replies. What used to be lines of code is now keys, clean sheets, and stories from travelers around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From ASP to Python, from China to Osaka, from full-time coder to full-time host.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The job title changed. The pursuit never did: to live a little freer, a little happier, and to share that feeling with the people who stay with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welcome to my little corner of Osaka.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coding since 1998.
